The Maryland Crime Victims'
Resource Center was supported
by The Office for Victims of
Crime in the Department of
Justice to document and institutionalize
successful advocacy processes,
models, and practices that
result in improved state compliance
with victims’ rights
and increased access to needed
services. Project findings
and recommendations will be
summarized in a report that
will provide information, promising
practices, and principles to
assist advocacy organizations
in other states that want to
maximize compliance with victims’ rights
laws.
