The MCVRC is honored to have been selected to participate and benefit from this unique Project, sponsored by the Maryland Department of Public Safety & Correctional Services and the Maryland State Arts Council. MCVRC believes that this project can generate greater inmate and public awareness of crime’s consequences to victims and their families, and provide restorative justice to those harmed by crime.
