MCVRC brought a meaningful victory to crime victims when the Court of Special Appeals remanded a case back to a Baltimore City judge for a redo as the victim, who was on call, was not allowed to address the court and weigh in on the proceedings. The Court upheld long fought victims’ rights law in this opinion.
