IRA Donation
If you are age 70½ or older, you may be able to support victims and survivors across Maryland directly from your IRA—while satisfying your required minimum distribution.
A Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) allows you to make a gift from your IRA that may count toward your RMD and may not be included in your taxable income.
Your generosity can help ensure victims have access to legal advocacy and support at the moment they need it most.
We encourage you to consult your financial advisor to see if this option is right for you. If you’d like more information, we would be honored to help.
